Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms apply to Shammasi Social, a done-for-you social media service provided by Shammasi Pty Ltd (ABN 92 653 318 202), 5/531 Hay St, Subiaco WA 6008 ("we", "us"), to the business that signs up ("you").
1. The service
We make and publish social media content for your business each week, as described on our website at the time you sign up. This can include reels, carousels, image posts, Stories, LinkedIn posts, Google Business updates, news posts, blog articles, replies to comments, and a weekly report. You get access to an online hub where you check content before it goes out.
2. Free samples
Free sample posts are made from your business's public website. They are a preview only, carry no obligation, and are not published anywhere. Your private sample page is removed after 60 days.
3. Setup week and payment
- The price is A$970 + GST per month, unless a different price is agreed in writing.
- The first 7 days are setup. We take your card details when you sign up, and the first charge is on day 8.
- If you cancel before day 8, you pay nothing.
- After that, you are charged monthly in advance on the same day each month until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, we may pause publishing until it is paid.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing amir@shammasi.com.au before your next monthly charge. The service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not give refunds for a month that has already started. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. What you agree to do
- Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us when something changes.
- Check content in the hub. With "Ask me first" on, nothing is published until you approve it. If you choose Autopilot, content is published without your approval and you accept responsibility for it.
- Only give us material (logos, photos, videos, wording) that you own or have permission to use, and make sure people shown in photos or videos agreed to appear.
- If your business is regulated (for example migration, health, finance, legal or accounting), you remain responsible for meeting your professional and advertising rules. We check facts against your sources, but you make the final check.
- Keep your account login private.
6. Content and ownership
- You own the content we publish for your business, once it is paid for.
- You give us permission to use your material, name and logo to provide the service.
- We may show general, non-identifying results or examples of our work only with your written OK.
- Content is made with the help of AI writing and video tools and is checked before it is offered to you.
7. Platforms
We publish to platforms run by others (such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn). Their rules, outages and changes are outside our control. We are not responsible if a platform removes content, limits an account or changes how it works, but we will help you sort it out.
8. Results
We work to grow your audience and engagement, but we cannot promise particular results such as numbers of followers, enquiries or sales.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profits. This does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending the service
We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously breach these terms (for example, unpaid fees after a reminder, or asking us to publish unlawful or misleading content). When the service ends, we stop publishing and your hub access closes. Content already published stays on your accounts.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. We may update them by giving you 30 days' notice by email; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. Questions: amir@shammasi.com.au.
